We are regularly approached by talented entrepreneurs through referrals within our extensive business network.

 

The first step we take to evaluate them as potential candidates for our investment and management system is to look at the people behind the business. If we find good reason to believe in the team, we move onto the specific sector and study failed businesses within it to fully understand the challenges.

 

Often, failure boils down to a lack of timing, poor execution skills and support networks, and underfunded business plans. We add experience, networks and strategic expertise, as well as funding and the recruitment of key management positions in what is not a passive role but a full commitment to success.
